Vegan/vegetarian policy

 

(1) Our restaurant has not been certified vegan by a third-party organization.

(2) Our kitchen also handles general cooking, so it is not exclusively for vegans.

(3) Our soup stock does not contain animal products or seafood.

(4) We thoroughly wash cooking utensils before using them.

(5) We use the same tableware as for general menus, but we can provide disposable tableware, cups, forks, knives, and disposable chopsticks upon request.

(6) Reservations must be made at least seven days in advance.
