玄米ごはんパン

In Furusato Village, we are focusing on the sixth industrialization of cultivating and commercializing rice with reduced pesticides grown by ourselves.

The brown rice used in Kamado-cooked brown rice bread is also rice grown in the rice fields of Furusato Village.

What is "Kamado-cooked brown rice bread"?

 

The pesticide-reduced brown rice, which was lovingly grown in the rice fields of the hometown village, was soaked in water for several days to germinate, then cooked in a traditional Kamado and kneaded into the dough.

 

It is a safe, secure and healthy bread that is particular about ingredients such as wheat and whole grain "Nishinokaori" from Mie prefecture, rapeseed oil from Iga, sun-dried salt from Japan and sugar beet from Hokkaido.

 

It's hungry and perfect for breakfast and snacks for children.
